Very unprofessional, went to get a rear door window replaced, they got the window in, I pick up my truck an on the way home I hear hear a noise the entire ride so I take the door panel off when I get home. Notice the door handle isn’t connected an the speaker is not in my door so I call an they tell me to bring it back, so I rush back to the Montgomery, al location to get speaker put back in door before closing. Worst auto repair experience ever. I was told replacement & recalibration of windscreen would take 3-3.5 hours and was told at the time of pick up that they hadn’t finished the work and would need the car for another 4 hours the next day. They were not upfront about the time and cost upfront. Would never go back to All Star Glass or recommend them to anyone.

This place sucks fucking dick. I waited 2 and half hours for them to tell me they couldn't fix it. I even asked them before if my situation was fixable and they said yes. So I sat there for absolutely nothing, They have horrible customer service and when I left my trucks smelled like fucking cigarettes. 10/10 recommended not going to.
