Waited for nearly 2 hours to get my window fixed then told me "my car was too new" so they didn't have a proper tool. Came back 4 days later to tell me they still hadn't ordered the pet to fix my car and 8 days later still don't have it. I went to another shop instead to discover that they had broken a piece of the inside of my door that costs $40 for the part and $200 for labor at Volkswagen. Auto Glass Now of OKC is the WORST business that I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a new side view mirror from this location. The order was placed and paid for. That was 4 weeks ago. And to this day the mirror has still not been fixed. On 5 different occasions I received promises from the manager that a mechanic would come out and make the repair and on all 5 occasions the mechanic never showed up leaving me hanging. Very easy to get in and got seen in a timely manner. Advocated for customers windows with other businesses.
Car damaged and they aren't fixing it! You get what you pay for and in this case I got a scratched up hood and Auto Glass Now claims that they didn't do it so they aren't fixing it. This was at the Blackwelder location on May 1, 2015. They don't call you back if you have any issues and just hope you will go away. Pay a little more and go somewhere else because these people are as non-professional as it comes.
