I needed my back rear hatch glass replaced, quoted me a number I couldn’t beat anywhere else which was great but when it was done there were deep scratches in multiple areas where they slipped while removing glue. When this was addressed we were offered $30 back. Very upset about how they handled this.

RecommendedThere was a mixup on scheduling but Monica got my RV taken care of ASAP. Carlos honchoed the install during a high wind event yesterday and got the RV windshield installed. The crew were friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Not a good experience. Went yesterday sat 2 hours they said they had to special order it per the manager or whoever he was assured me it would be in this morning asked that I come back at 8am this morning after sitting there another 2 hours they call me back up tell me I had to have a special windshield which the guy already knew because he is the one who told me it had a humidity sensor on it and said I would have to make an hour and a half trip to Birmingham and have them do it.
