The installer was very professional and nice. Windshield looks great and no mess was left afterwards
Not only was the customer service over the phone fast & courteous but in person the very NEXT day as well! I'm so pleased with my windshield replacement, it's perfect and it was so convenient as they came to me and literally took no time from my day.

I have to say 5 star all around. From the first call to the replacement of windshield on my car took 2 days. First day called and booked appointment for following day. Tech came in the time allotted for appointment and was very professional, very detailed, and worked efficiently. I was so amazed by the whole process and so pleased with the results. The glass tech was on time, polite, and professional. He was fast, but very careful, on replacing my windshield. This has been the 4th time that this company has replaced my windshield. They have done a excellent job every time. Thanks Auto Glass Factory.
I had a crack across my front windshield called my insurance company and within 10 minutes Lucy called me and scheduled for the next day. I was at work the technician arrived right on schedule I came out opened the truck and he called me to notify me he was done in 30 minutes. Came out everything looked great he explained about how long to not wet my window. He was grest very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them.
