I am rating Auto Glass Factory LLC because of scheduling. Auto Glass Factory was prompt calling me to schedule an appointment as requested. However when the tech called me to advise me of his arrival it was not for my scheduled time. I advised him of the issue he had excuses. It was at that point I ended the phone call and called the office to make them of the aware of the issue. During my call I was told that the tech was also calling the office.
