I had my windshield replaced there this morning. Everyone that works there are very friendly, welcoming, polite and professional. Especially Kathy. They were fast and told me exactly what was happening and when it would be done. They were fast and overall had a great experience!!
I got in at 8 a.m this morning and am leaving here with a new windshield in ten minutes. They had free wifi , t.v , coffee and water. My girlfriend was cold and the lady at the desk let us use a space heater. there was some rust when the windshield was taken out and the gentleman took me inside of the shop to show me exactly what was going on. I highly recommend this place.
I had a freak accident happen to me yesterday while driving to a docs appointment in Syracuse where my rear window exploded! I pulled into Experts and I wasn't sure if they would be able to help me, I figured they could at least put plastic over my window enough so I could drive back home. But they did more than that! They had a window for my car in stock, pulled my car right in and put a brand new window info for me! I couldn't be more appreciative- Thank you again!!!

This was the best experience I've had with a repair shop. They got me in immediately and installed my new windshield in less than an hour. Katie was so responsive via email getting all the information she needed from me for a quote. She made this stressful situation so much easier - I can't say enough about her customer service skills. Their prices are very fair and were the lowest of the quotes I received. I absolutely recommend them and would contact them with any repair needs.
I cannot say enough about my great experience with this company. They went out of their way to get my car in to replace my busted windshield on the same day, as my other car was in the shop being fixed. The staff was friendly and professional. They went the extra mile to help me in my situation, which speaks multitudes to their business style. I highly recommend them for any job needed! Thank you team at Auto Glass Experts!!!
Not only am I amazed by the looks of my beautiful new windshield but the customer service was such that I will be returning for more work to be done to my car and I will forever recommend this place as the place to go. Thank you Auto Glass Experts!!
