They sold my girlfriend a vehicle which had experienced a major brake system failure. Despite it being in the warranty, they hae ignored all her attempts to get them to repair the vehicle or buy it back!
They sold me a vehicle that had a brake noise. They told me they just replaced ABS sensors - it will go away. The brake noise was included in the warranty of the sale for them to repair free of charge if it persists. It turned out to need a very expensive repair to fix (Hydraulic & Electronic Brake Controle Unit needed to be replaced - Hybrid). All the reviews here are old! This company is terrible with customer service and support. They are all smiles, sunshine and rainbows when picking out a vehicle but beware when the ink has dried on the contract and that shinny car has its last two two tires off the property line of Auto Gallery of Tampa. I think They must have the spiel memorized reference the vehicle being sold “AS IS” & they wouldn’t give me my money back the very next day after it broke down 3 times on the way home.
