RecommendedAllie was polite and had knowledge of the car I was interested in. she looked up and showed me the carfax. Allie was open to some knowledge I had about the car on how to open the lift gate with the key and then open the door if it had a dead battery. Good luck Allie.

Nice people but didn’t get a car I wanted they couldn’t help me out
Negotiated the deal over text with Alex. Was pretty painless compared to other deals I've done on other cars. They offered a fair price for my trade. They worked with the lending agency that I wanted to use. The staff was friendly. The finance manager was easy with not being pushy to add on additional items like extended warranty. So far, I give them a good rating. Car only had 1 key fob but they promised to work with me to get a second key fob.

Terrible dealership poor customer communication and non willing to negotiate. Marcellus gave nothing but excuses! Taking our business elsewhere and I would tell others to steer clear of this place!
