Customers service is trash!
THE WORST. Bought a nice truck very a good price. Only the salesman was rude. Now trying to get a tag and the title is nowhere to be found. I’ve tried contacting the office several times. They told me they would call me back. I waited a day and half to call them back and then they gave me the run around and said they would call me immediately. 5 hours later... still not one word. I will never recommend.
RecommendedWent to go get my first car today here and my experience was awesome. Test drove the car for about 30 minutes and was in love with it. We had a certain budget and Kyle, our salesman, was able to satisfy us and our needs. We also got the lifetime warranty which was great! Thank you Kyle for the professionalism and willingness to make us happy.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced purchasing a car!! I bought my car from them in June of 2019. As part of our deal, they included a year long service package. Well now I'm in need of an oil change, but the location I purchased my car from has permanently closed (surprise, surprise). Instead of reimbursing me for the ONE oil change that I'll use from this package for the entire year, the manager is insisting I drive an additional 30 minutes to the Mall of GA location. The purchase process was simple. The car was as represented in the online ad. We are happy with the dealership.
I don’t typically do reviews! But I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The truck we bought has done nothing but cause us problems since we got it. We have went back up there multiple times trying to get a solution or at least have their people fix it and we were told “ it’s life lessons” today by one of the sale associates. So the lesson we have all learned today is don’t trust them to sell you anything! They will talk a good game when your purchasing the vehicle but after that, it’s to bad, so sad for the buyer. The salesperson was helpful and managed to get a deal done. The closing took too long. I was disappointed to find the gas tank on empty as i drove off the lot. All the sales staff were very good and helpful.
2nd tag extension. No one will speak with us. We’ve received one email from tag dept telling us we would have answers Monday, it’s Wednesday. We are at our end day with current extension. Now our vacation is in limbo. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Been on hold all morning
