This dealership is run by a bad businessman who's only interest is to make quick bucks, without consideration for customer satisfaction or fulfill promises made. Everyone else seems to have similar problems as we did, delay process and lots of lies, large fees, and then hiding behind the employees to take calls without any explanations to the customers, and then blaming everything on the RMV/DMV, but never inform the customers up front, very shady business practice, unethical and may be unlawful. They can stop fraudulent sales practices. Do not get a used vehicle here
Awful awful experience. Service is horrendous, cars are WAY overpriced. Don’t even bother with this place!
