Tim gave me accurate info and description about this van and a fantastic price. I ordered and paid for it and he shipped it to my house here in Abilene. I never went to see it in person but it was exactly as he said and represented it so I couldn't be happier! It's nice to know you can trust a dealer like him so you don't have to drive long distance to get a good vehicle at a great price!

this person is complaining because they only received an email response from me. i had no other contact information for this person. in fact car gurus only provided me with incomplete contact info. so the only way i could respond to this person was via email. but apparently this person wanted me to call them,i did not have their phone number. i did however include my phone number in my email to them.
