Sent my offer in on a jeep, clearly had my trade in and the remainder what I owed. He accepted and when I got the check ready from my bank and then said my remainder owed I would need to work out with the bank. Then sent me a really professional email telling me to let him know when the bank was done laughing at my offer. I guess it's my fault he can't read or comprehend complete sentences.

Customer is clearly confused about what actually took place.His offer was for $25,000 + we get title to his trade in(which would be free and clear)At the 11th hour we find out he thought he would give us the $25,000 check and then we write his bank a check for $10,300 which is his payoff. On our end I would have have a $14,700 in cash after payoff + a $15,000 trade which means we sold our vehicle for $29,700 (not gonna happen since vehicle price was $39,995.00)) I guess he thought the payoff fairy was going to take care of w... read more
dealer had prompt contact and replies and answered all questions. Just didn't have the right vehicle that I am searching for.
Got back to me right away and responded to my questions. I haven't pursued things any further, but this dealership is relatively close to me and they always seem to have a very good selection of vehicles.
They were to firm on the pricing would not deal at all
