horrible customer service. No response to phone, email or live chat
Went to pick up fenders for a friend of mine In the old man that works, there was very rude because I didn’t know how to get to the back of the store, I’ve never been in this area before so I wasn’t sure how to get to the back of the store. Will never order from again missing parts out of my order cannot get a hold of anyone. Nobody answers the phone won’t return emails very unprofessional. I had to order another kit to send to my customer from another company after this fiasco cost me twice as much.
Never buying from them again, they don't even answer their calls I've called about 5 times and it just rang for about 5 minutes straight no voicemail no nothing terrible experience.
Placed an order, paid for the order, and it was never received. No answers to phone calls, and the email for customer service is not a valid email. This place seems like a scam, doesn’t seem to be a legitimate business at all.
