Very helpful, great price, beautiful well maintained vehicle. His mechanic said the front rotors were good enough to pass the safety but the owner told him to change them anyways to make sure we got a good vehicle. Stayed late twice, for drive test and for us to pickup vehicle. Cleaned vehicle for me. Very friendly family man. Thank you very much for your help.

An interesting viewing experience. I guess I like the low pressure setting where no one came up to greet us or anything. Some misrepresentation from the pictures on CarGurus to in person where the hood was scratched (and you couldn't tell on CarGurus because of the glare). Additionally the seats had a pattern I didn't like which also wasn't visible on CarGurus. Lot had a few different cars and was located in a strip mall situation so lots of parking.
Very happy with my brand new 2012 Nissan Rouge! The process went by seamlessly and the people were very helpful in providing us information about the car, especially being flexible in letting us test drive twice! He is very honest, professional, and funny guy.
