Went by yesterday and the Owner Hector took great care of me and my vehicle. Got an oil change and was in and out in under 20 minutes. Didn’t try to up sell me on anything that would eventually needs to be done but wasn’t a necessity. Just made me aware of what I might want to think about in the near future. Auto Experts are the biggest cheaters out there, took my car in for an oil change and it was a downhill spiral from there. First an oil change on my 2004 VW Beetle, they charged me $63 for an oil change, after that experience I went back to them with a spark plug problem, the owner (Hector) ensured me that it wasn't a big fix and charged me $350 to replace them...all of this only to find out 10 days later by another mechanic that the oil was NOT changed and that they had broken the dip stick, which caused my cars engine to l... read more

The Auto Experts were incredibly kind and helpful. I came in with a problem, they attempted to diagnose it, turns out the original diagnosis was wrong (my car is a bit of a butthole) but they offered to drive to my house to help me out if need be, and repaired it as soon as they possibly could the next morning. I then drove 1,200+ mi to Colorado without a single problem (and my car got better mileage than my friend's newer hybrid, hahaha). I'll definitely recommend them to people in the area. Thanks again!
