I took my 2017 Honda Civic LX here for a radiator and lower support estimate. I was quoted 14 hours of labor and $1,000 for the part alone. As someone who knows the "book time" for this vehicle, this is an insult. Industry standard for a radiator and bulkhead/support swap on a 10th Gen Civic is roughly 3 to 5 hours total. Quoting 14 hours—nearly three times the standard—is predatory.
