Bought a truck a few days ago from Auto Excell after searching for months. Drazen was fair and upfront about all questions I asked. Mentioned should I run into any problems in the foreseeable future to reach out. Buying a used car always comes with risks and sometimes people want new cars for used car prices, I do feel Drazen and the people at auto Excell are willing to go the extra mile for their customers which is a breath of fresh air from a used car dealership.
*update. So it hasn't been a year yet since owning this car. Unfortunately due to my poor credit I was only able to pick from three cars. This car has been nothing but a headache since I got it. Warranty hasn't been that helpful either. I haven't had much interaction with staff since the first couple months of owning this car. First time ever doing this by myself, I have learnt a lot and will be prepared for my next vehicle.
