Purchased an escape from the team at auto excell beginning of June. Vehicle has been great so far! Very accommodating and helpful people over here. Shout out to drazen, go say hi if looking for a vehicle. Got a great warranty as well. Thanks again auto excell!
Drazen has an attitude problem. I took a car for a test drive and noticed odd transmission noises. I asked for a record that shows transmission fluid was replaced at manufacturer's recommended interval. He produced a carfax report that showed some regular maintenance but no transmission maintenance which is critical. He then tried to say that it was done but is not always documented.
Our experience did not start well. Oddly, our car was an anomaly and had an engine issue. AE took the car back, got it fixed and provided us another car to drive. I love my new to me Escape!
This is a 5-star review for a car dealership that strives to do business with “excellence”, the business name is just bang on!.
