I been emaling several times and NO ANSWER, i order parts an paid dhl worldwide and they use USPS, so it does not are arriving urgen as i requested, and before they said it is a funny review here is my order # 2000001888 and shipment Order # #2000000596 as my Tracking Number(s): EJ341086052AU.
Never answer or return phone calls. Parts missing from order. Never able to contact them.
Paid for item. Really slow delivery. Item received not as pictured on website. Sent an email with all the details, no reply. Tried to call, no answer. Sorry I didn't read the reviews first. Only 1 star because you can't leave 0.
After receiving my order one part was missing. I tried on 3 occasions to call them but they didn't answer and have no phone message. I then contacted them via email explaining the situation and saying that I was dissatisfied. There response was to tell me that the part was on back order and that because I was dissatisfied they cancelled the part and said, good luck. If it was possible to give less than one star I definitely would because of there attitude. Do not have any dealings with this company.
I needed some items for my 80 series so i went and saw Andrew, he was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. He helped me pick the correct items and gave me some great advice aswell, all for a good price too. Highly recommend!
