I was just sworn at on the phone by Tony a manager cause Sparks Auto in Whitman damaged my 2side mirrors and didn't have the balls to tell me just sent the car back with 1 black side mirror and the other 1 cracked.
I purchased a MAZDA 2010 car from Auto Drive One in October with approx 50,000. 4,000 miles later the Engine went and neither the dealer nor Mazda Manufacturer will cover it although they sold it as "under warranty". I requested service records from Auto Drive One they refused to provide. When the manufacturer contacted the Auto Drive One they refused to provide any type of service record to they advised "they didn't have to". We DO NOT HAVE TO! I have to say this place Autodrive1 is a place to stay far clear of Read the ripoff reports and stay far and clear if you want to have calls and e-mail 3 time a day home, work and cell be my guest. They lie about what they can and will due for you..

I just have to say that my wife and I had a tough year last year. We almost lost everything we own and our credit suffered greatly. Liars cheats and thieves!!!! Worst dealership I have dealt with in 25 yrs of driving!!! Bought a car left a deposit of 1250.00 for "tax, title, and registration 3 weeks later I was pulled over for unregistered uninsured and attached plates. The dealership expected me to pay the towing and impound fees even though the car should have been registered w/ in 5 days. The people working at AutoDrive1 were very respectful and friendly when I came over the West Bridgewater office. Every question I had was answered and the employees really made sure that I understood every detail related to my auto loan. I recommend this place for people interested in applying for an auto loan. I even heard that they accept (and APPROVE) applications from people with bad credit history.

Given my bad credit history, I wasn't really hopeful when I applied online for an auto loan with AutoDrive1. But all that pessimism vanished into thin air when I got a notice from the company saying that a loan advisor will meet me to discuss my plans. I really like this company because it doesn't judge its customers because of their credit history.

It was my first time purchasing a car and I decided to get a used one so that I can save. AutoDrive1 really helped me in choosing the one that I want and need. They have their own inventory of pre-owned vehicles (cars, SUVs, trucks) that their customers can choose from. It was really easy getting a car with AutoDrive1!
