Single Mom I took my Honda into Auto doctor after speeking with them on the phone about a problem that no shop could fix including honda. They were up front with me about what it could take to fix the vehicle. They called me about the problem that they found and I was worried about if it would fix it since no other shop could. They were nice enough to show me the problem on the car and explained how it worked. The best part was they fixed my vehicle and it ended up cheaper than they were estimating.
Best Possible Service for my 2007 Corvette I had a problem with my brake pads on my new Vette making noise. They listened to my problem and documented it thoroughly for the tech so see. My pads were in good shape, but I really wanted to get rid of this squeal. They suggested a ceramic pad with a cross drilled rotor. Boy am I glad I came here. I love them!! I wish I had found them sooner! I am a college student and have to watch the nickels and dimes. I felt very comfortable with the guy up front. On my first visit he explained what I needed, taught me a bit about how the A/C system worked and even presented options! I have been back for routine stuff and my parents are big fans now. They take their cars there and actually thanked me for sharing my new found secret. I definitely recommend them to everyone!
SOLD ON AUTO DOCTOR We have always had a very good experience with Auto Doctor. They provide their customers with a very professional attitude and go out of their way to accomodate their customers. I recommend anyone looking for a "personal or business" auto repair shop to think Auto Doctor the next time your are in need of a mechanic.
if its good enough for mom, its good enough for me My mom has taken her car to this place on more than one occasion and has gotton good service which is hard to get these days when it comes to car repairs.
Auto Doctor doesn't know what they're doing. I spend over 4 hours here while they tried to find a wobble in my front end. They charged me $140 without a fix. Walnut Creek Auto fixed it in an hour
Wish I had a money maker like this! WOW! They wanted to OVERCHARGE me about $1000 for brakes. And the nerve to charge 45 to tell me. Steer clear, they're just in it for the money.
go somewhere else!!!! Boo... they gave me a price to fix my car of 850 dollars. took it for a 2nd opinion 400 dollars. You are better off going down the street to the other garage. I am kicking my self for trusting them all these years!!!
