The Bar Has Been Set. Wendy Burgess and her staff have set the bar for customer service and auto repair in Mansfield. Each time we have had our vehicles serviced we have recieved exceptional service. A tow has never been an issue nor has a ride to and from the shop when needed. Family In today's economy we are all looking for a way to cut corners and save a few dollars, but as a father of 4 children who is driving my kids to and from school everyday, my auto care is not a place I am willing to cut corners. Delighted The folks at Auto Doctor really know their business. I had taken my Jaguar to the dealership 3 times over a period of about a year to repair the same problem. After charging me a total of over$3,000, the problem was still not fixed and my nerves were frazzled.
The Best In Tarrant County Discovered this place 2 years ago and have taken both cars there since, they know what they are doing and don't try to gouge you, its further from the home (about a 20 minute drive) than a lot of other places but those closer to home that we have tried just don't hold up to the quality that we get from Auto Doctor ... they even help with questions over the phone .. only draw back wish they were open on Saturday
Auto Doctor is the Best Auto Repair Auto Doctor is the best Auto Repair in the area. Their staff is always up front about repairs and they are always thinking about what's best for me. I never worry about their service.
Happy with Service Auto Doctor is the best repair facility in Mansfield....hands down. Since I am a woman, I don't trust just anyone to repair my car. I know when I take my car to AD for repairs, I won't be taken advantage of. They only fix what's needed and don't try to "up sell". My husband owns a Corvette and is very picky about it. He won't let anyone touch it but Auto Doctor. He trusts them with his "baby" and that's saying a ton.
Happy in Tarrant County Auto Doctor is a great find!!!! I'm so lucky to have them to fix my car's problems whenever I need it. The service is fast, friendly, and Michael at the front end makes me feel confident that I'm not getting ripped off. Cleanest mechanic's place I've ever seen!
