Epic Auto Sales was a great surprise. You dont expect to receive this type of service at a used car lot. I called ahead of time, and scheduled a visit. I also got approved before hand over the phone. I showed up, and Henry came out to greet me. It was great. He was 100% honest about everything. He didnt try to get me into a bigger or better car, he just showed me what I needed to know, and answered my questions. It was not a sales pitch. Thinking no one would work with us since we are only 20, we found epic. The staff was very friendly and got us into a car with our limited budget. I recommend Henry, he helped us through the process and even found us affordable insurance. Which is not easy to do with our age.
Came here when no one else gave me a chance. Gave me an opportunity and had plenty of quality cars to offer. Henry, my sales associate, kept helping me and working hard to get me a fair deal. I ended up driving out with a better car than I expected and left very happy . I'm going to refer my family and friends to this place. Would recommend 100%.
After going to several dealerships to look for a vehicle, i came to epic and was welcomed right away. I had a list of vehicles that i wanted to test drive, and without hesitation henry helped me get to it right away. If your looking to buy a new car or truck DO NOT stop here. Epic Auto is full of con men. The cars are nice on the outside but raggedy under the hood. I thought I bought my dream car but it quickly turned into a nightmare when the check engine light came on 1 day after I purchased the car.
