Came to pick up a U-Haul trailer reservation I did online, I arrive to the parking lot and he comes out and asks what I am doing in the middle of the lot. I indicated that I was working on my U-Haul check-in, and was looking for the trailer in his parking lot to park behind it. He then said I was calling him stupid and got upset and in a rant, I was both surprised by it because no other words came out of my mouth. So not sure how he assumed I was calling him stupid. I had to get a U-Haul from them today and they went above and beyond making sure I was able to accommodate my schedule 10/10 so impressed with their professionalism!
My family came in today. Great customer service. Tamara is awesome.
