Do not trust their reports -- they are inaccurate, out of date, and they take zero accountability to correct errors. I contacted ADD to correct an error in their reports where they claim my vehicle has a "not actual mileage" brand on my tile. This is not true. I have provided ADD documentation from the State of Florida showing my title is clean, which is publicly available in a .gov website with a simple VIN lookup. They refuse to investigate the issue, take accountability and correct their false reporting, and keep sending ... read more
Terrible company that does not answer the phone. Their will not call you back within weeks
When and if you can ever get someone on the phone to assist you... they can help.... just not in a timely manner lately. 3 phone calls and left name and numer... 2 where I actually spoke to someone that said that it would be taken care of in a few minutes. We will see
