HORRIBLE customer service! We were ONLY 4 days late, yes, only 4 days, and called to let them know we were making a double payment on Friday. Donna in payments in the Marion office was so rude to me! She snapped at me, treated me like I was a piece of crap and made me feel horrible and worthless! You do not treat your customers that way! These people love to act like they are helping out someone in a bad situation... They promise you the moon and back and then once you sign the paper-- on a car that is over priced for what it is worth... their attitudes change.. If you have a problem and need some more time-- forget it.. We were behind 2 payments $360 and I paid them $350 and they would not turn the car on (they have a device that shuts off the car when pymt isn't made and it has GPS) for the $10 to get to work.. They thrive on ripping off those who are on in situations were they really need a vehicle but in financial troubles. We purchased a 2000 ford Windstar 1&half yrs ago from them because we were a 1 car family & husband was starting a new job that made it impossible to only have 1 car & we had recently filled bankruptcy due to medical bills that were out of control.
