You know, I read all these reviews, I have to say what seems to be the problem, I give this company a 4 star only because the interest rate is a bit high, Most of these people must not be paying there car payment is all I can come up with. This company is a second chance loan company not a bank. Yes they make money but if you need this company to rebuild your credit it is worth the extra money out of your pocket and remember if you use this company YOU are a high risk, lots of there loans fail hence the high interest.Thank y... read more

Auto Credit has got to be one of the worst and ghetto companies anyone could ever deal with. I strongly advise you to never go to these people. They are unprofessional and Ghetto. They are not the people you want to deal with. I try to talk to them as less as possible. Find you somewhere else to go. Auto credit is a waste of time and they will only piss you off.

Well the customer service is not good at all the people in this company are so so rude I just call to ask one question and I got the run around and also so very rude,never had a late payment in 3yrs.So if you can go to another company please do cause this is not it.

My experience with Auto Credit of Atlanta was for the most part was a good one. they never harassed me, but then again my payments where always on time. The only problem I had was with the dealership, they did not pay off my trade in and I still had to pay the funds that was added to my loan for the trade in , as Auto Credit stated that they where unable to do anything. I ended up paying for the trade in an am still fighting to get it off my credit..... .. I paid my loan off and will do business with them again.
