Can never get ahold of them to make a payment. They must not pay their phone bills or something because our car beeping like it’s going to shut off even though it’s paid up to date and none of their phones work to get ahold of them to see why they trying to shut off our car.
Do NOT trust this place unless you like being scammed. No one came out to help us look at the lot. Seemed super uninterested in us when we tried to ask details, and the cherry on top they tried to sell us a car at DOUBLE the fair market price. I get they have to make profits, but over double the cars worth is ridiculous. Especially for a 12 year old 130000 mile car in piss-poor condition. I pay my car note faithfully every month and they took my money and the next day my car was turned off. So I have to miss work because I don’t have a ride and they’ve done this multiple times I shouldn’t have to keep calling up there. I need to speak to management at this point
If you want reliable cars or suv whatever. Go somewhere else that’s reliable for you. These folks here do not check their vehicles and they love to blame you for the problems but themselves.. I’m glad that Nissan back on they lot because ain’t nobody gone want that car it’s ain’t worth two penny’s anymore and I fixed the vehicle up and still ain’t right. Their Vehicle Their Problem!!!
