Purchased a used vehicle from auto connect in November, 2024. By May 2025 the transmission needed to be rebuilt. This was a $9000 repair. I paid $15000 for the vehicle originally. Nothing but problems with it. Been buying used vehicles all my life. Never experienced anything like this. Auto connect sells junk. That’s my opinion. Buyer beware
I happened to stop in looking st trucks, with not a serious intent to buy. Saw a clean, I mean like new clean truck at a great price. Gary the salesmanship was friendly and no pressure at all. He agreed to install a trailer package at no extra cost. The next day I returned and my wife and I worked out the deal with Marc the finance manager and within a few hours everything was in place. Auto connect is second to none. They go above and beyond to make sure you purchase is a good one that you are happy with. No pressure and forceful sales tactics.
