called to get my Car express detailed..almost a 2 week wait? I'm changing detail shops. It's owned by Klein Honda. Service wasn't interested in my business, the lady was short with me.

We went to the Auto Concepts Northwest in Everett, WA for an oil change of our Toyota Van with a coupon that we found in the Group on network (From employer's website). After the oil change, they rotated the tires as part of the package and ABS light started coming up in the vehicle dashboard. Unaccomodating/unhelpful – Wanted to use my Living Social coupon, but they were so booked that I couldnt' get a Saturdya appointment until AFTER the coupon expired. So I was unable to use it!
Fast and friendly – Took my new 2011 honda accord in to get the windows tinted they went over all the different shades and what was legal. They had the car done fast and the job looked great!! I was very happy with the service and how fast they were thanks alot I'll be bring in more cars and my friends thank you!!
