We were totally pleased with our experience dealing with Auto Concepts. The members of the sales team that we dealt with were very attentive and accommodating. They made the process very simple for us and our sincere thanks to them both for their efforts and professionalism.
Not a bad experience found a one owner 5.9 l cummins Dealer did ask to see payment even before a test drive. Which I've never heard of before. Was told truck was "rust free" I popped one of the fender flares off and there was bad surface rust on the rear body panels. I'd get a carfax on the vehicle before you even get there and make sure it's something you're really intrested in. This isn't the kind of place to go "truck browsing". You need to show some sort of pre approval and cash. But I did get a good deal and no problems

Just had a great experience with Auto Concepts. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as a first time buyer. It was way less stressful than the other dealerships. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience ended on the phone. Spoke to an individual on the phone around 345 pm on the friday of memorial day weekend. From the start of the coversation he seemed rushed and didnt really car what I was calling about. I had said I got caught in some traffic and wouldnt be there till around 445 my gps said, when I know they close at 5. He said I wouldnt be buying the truck that day but could come walk around the truck with only 15 min. Understandable.
