I recently had to go to ACG for an estimate I was referred to Kate, she was super nice and knowledgeable she told me how to go about my claim. I will be ready to drop off my car soon. Also the Bakersfield ACG shop is the cleanest and nicest body shop I have ever seen . They work on Teslas and Porsches and Jeeps. I feel good about bringing my car here.
Shop was awesome to work with great teamwork Ginger was absolutely amazing car repairs were perfect thank all that were involved
Kate was really helpful when I needed to get my car fixed through insurance. She helped me set up my appointment and explained everything so I could understand the whole process. She was super professional but also really friendly and nice. Whenever I had questions, she took the time to make sure I knew what was going on. She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciate it. I would definitely recommend her!
