Auto Collection is a great place to take your vehicle for all service needs. I have dealt with William several times and he has gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicles are serviced correctly and to my satisfaction. Madisyn has always followed up on any and all service concerns to make sure they were fixed properly. I completely trust Auto Collection especially these two ppl with making sure my service is top notch without destroying your pockets. Great ppl n great customer service.
I had recently taken my car into Auto Collection of Murfreesboro for an oil change and they were on it, they had me done in less time then they said at first, everyone there treats you with respect and are so nice to you, I will be back! see the service manager William.
I was sold an Audi RS5 which didn't meet my expectations, Ray the general manager assured me the car was in great condition since it was his personal vehicle on 2 separate occasions. After a long road trip home the car had multiple misfires codes as well as an evap system fault. In addition the car has an oil leak that I did not discover until it had made a mess on the floor of my garage. I go here anytime I need work on my car, whether it be a quick oil change or even suspension work. I’ve never had an issue with any of the work they do on my car. William in the service department has always made sure to take good care of me and get me the best prices on parts needed to fix my car properly.
Excellent service! I just took my Rav-4 in for an oil change and they took care of it all in a detailed and timely fashion. I've been recommending them to my friends ever since. HIGHLY recommend Auto Collection's service department!
