Formerly known as the California Speedway, the Auto Club Speedway hosts some of the biggest car and bike races in the world, including the Superbike 100K, Historic Sports Car Festival, California 100 and Toyota Indy 400. Set up in the year 1997, it also plays venue to the NASCAR races held in this part of the state. The 2-mile (3.2-kilometer) D-shaped track sits below the 36,030-seat upper grandstand and the 42,490-seat lower grandstand. The action moves fast here, so don't wait to cruise in.

a great place to watch races
every seat is loud.. lol but great viewing races from all areas of grand stands.
Definitely recommend auto club Speedway
They need to do more here - it has been real boring the last few years. Need too look back to see what made it great - especially got the devoted infield - every year you take away mote stuff Merchandise trucks ,mini midway pizza place , vons or wallmart , bike shop, camping world, more things in midway - nightclub etc ... more to do for the 4 days we are there - try some country western bands instead or all the Mexican music thats so played out already
Punished by Auto club speedway Right before the 2019 race I fell and broke my leg And was wheelchair bound and couldn't see any possible way of getting to Fontana or getting into my seat. Then my orthopedic surgeon said no way so my wife said no. And because of that after 11 years I missed 1 race. When approaching my 50th Birthday my wife asked me what I wanted and I said Nascar tickets. We live in San Diego so a trip to Fontana was easy. I thoroughly enjoyed the race and came back every year. Beautiful grounds, very well organized.
Easy parking and always have a great tine at Nascar races. I am a 75 year old Nascar Granny and I go to the races by myself.
