I took my Porsche Macan in because I thought that my muffler needed to be re-welded to the chassis. Rather than just do a weld, Jaime told me he wanted to get a look under the car to be sure that was the problem. Upon examination, he identified that a different repair is needed (replacement of the flap). Even though his shop doesn’t do that work, he diagnosed the problem for me, was completely honest about it, and did not charge anything. I would have total trust in him if I have any future repair issues!
I was in a spot the day before Thanksgiving, 70 miles from home visiting family, and needed fairly major repair, new radiator. I went to shop one before they were supposed to be open and the owner was there, he gave a ride back to hotel and my car was ready by noon. Saved my holiday from being worse than just a lighter wallet, Cheers.
