Its a lesson learned!! The owner and the young guy that works there took advantage of my child knowing she was looking for a car and lied about several things. What car dealership days they don't offer gap insurance?? And to wait to speak to the finance company about it knowing that one you sign the paperwork you can't add it later... What dealership sells a car that needs wheel barons on both side and claims to fix them and it only took a few hours...the man that they have working on their cars is at least 70 years old... Purchased a car from them in March of 2020 after being in a car accident. Test drove 2012 Chysler and i was sold except for the knocking under dash and the breaks squealing and shaking. Explained that to sammie when i got back and he sated that that would be taken care of that it was only a $7 dollar plastic part under dash before i brought my 3k and signed paperwork. Left a single mother on the side of the road two weeks after I bought the car. Called and the owner wouldn’t even come to the phone. Now a single mother WITH HER CHILD is STRANDED on the side of the road with no money to fix the car.
The car buying experience was easy but getting them to mail our license plate was a nightmare. The temporary tags died on Octover 28th and today is November 10th and we JUST got them after a week of multiple phone calls. I spoke with Briar everyday this week and was given excuse after excuse. Then she lied to me and told me that she sent it out on Wednesday when I called her and the postage clearly shows Thursday...you cannot lie when the date is on the package.
