I had a horrible experience with this business and will never apply here again. First, the application process took almost three days, only for me to later find out they supposedly do not accept out-of-state IDs. Before even applying, I called ahead and specifically asked if out-of-state IDs were accepted, and I was told yes, so the entire situation was misleading from the beginning.
