Absolutely the worst, and I mean the worst customer service imaginable. I called corporate to report a drunk driving situation where I saw alcoholic beverages in the vehicle. The receptionist wanted all my personal information and would not transfer me to the appropriate department. It was as if she was trying to make it impossible. Absolutely evil.
