The front desk clerk (Patt)is so rude after standing 15mns she can’t even speak to me let me know the process and start helping other people so RUDE RUDE after taking my business to this place for over 10 years so RUDE , I don’t recommend this place any more, after 1.2m reviews in my profile, I m sure this is no good place to do business any more 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Just visited this shop for the second time. Was here once before for my wife’s car. Unfortunately they did not want my business a second time. I drive a heavily modified Jeep Wrangler, but have absolutely zero smog or emissions related modifications. Stock motor, air box, exhaust, no tune or throttle controllers. We've been going to this location for many years. The guys working on the cars are very nice, organized & do great work. The inside employees are so helpful& friendly. Today it was Pat & she was great!!! You can get everything done there & have it done right & fast!!
