I was greeted by a nice handsome young man name Michael Velez. I Had all my information ready Then Michael showed me the cars in his lot. It was so hot outside and Michael offered me refreshments and a seat in the air conditioned office. Michael says take your time ma'am. Gave me some more cool water..l took the Toyota test drive and it was the first car Michael showed me after he asked me for detailed information on what I was looking for on a car.
