Well it's like this , I had a vehicle that my kids were out growing, I went down to Auto Center ,they made me feel at ease ,no pressure, communication was the key in the whole deal. I purchased a nice vehicle that fit my family size ,and the communication is still on long after I brought the car,I've since had my car serviced by Nissan North and they made me feel at ease everytime I've been there. We then spoke on the phone once, I filled out the credit application and within 24 hours had my approval on the vehicle I wanted. Today I went in and all I had to do was the paperwork.
