Ordered a Liquid Elements polisher on their website as they are the only online store that had the cordless battery version. Ordered it on a Saturday, they called to triple check my address and it showed up on Tuesday. Amazing service! I’m hoping to take one of their paint correction classes.

Called ahead to double confirm they had the product I needed. They confirmed it over the phone. Drove 45 minutes. Got there, they obviously didn’t have it, tried to sell me something else that is inferior, so they clearly wanted to get me in the store. I don’t appreciate the bait and switch, a sign of an unethical business. Will avoid these guys in the future.
Just went this morning to pick up some supplies, staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Got everything I needed at a great price as well. They have a wide array of products and I’ll definitely be going back soon! Thanks guys.
