I had a minor parking lot accident which really didn't cost a lot but Matt Mullen treated me like a million dollar customer. From the initial quotation to the follow up calls to the explanation and the pickup it was all first class. Matt gave me the most honest quotation compared to other shops that i previously visited. Because i was paying out of pocket, Matt recommended the least costly repair for me even it meant less money for them. I have used this company 2 times now and they have exceeded my expectation with great customer service in taking care of all the insurance details. Also, I was very happy with the results of my repairs. They matched the paint perfectly! I recommend this Company!!!
From the moment they received our Expedition, through the repair process and the day we picked up Auto Body Expressions was professional.
