I don't usually write reviews, but I felt like our experience warranted one this time. Our vehicle was rear ended by a drunk driver and based on our previous experience with this shop, we had our insurance tow it all the way to Iowa to have it serviced at Auto Body Concepts. First service went well, although we didn't deal with Eric the first time. Today we walked in to sign the papers saying the vehicle was deemed totaled, when we got there Eric said our insurance did not deem it totaled yet due to an existing dent. This is... read more
Very professional and courteous. Job well done
Erik and the team were great! Communication was excellent and my vehicle was finished two days earlier than promised even though it had an issue they had not experienced before. Highly recommend and will definitely bring any other body repairs to them!
