We purchased a car recently from here and the dash was not working properly it kept dropping in and out. when we spoke to them about it the sales person Jason, argued the point that they didn’t have to fix it and yet they did. He had the car for 2 weeks and the car came back worse then it went in to them. The dash wasn’t working at all. I purchased a VW , vehicle was clean and in excellent condition, sales staff were great .. I did have some issues and had to return the vehicle, yes it's a second hand car so some issues can be expected... no problem for this mob , customer service is excellent, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them
Great people to buy from had a issue with my car i bought and they got it fixed have had no issue communicating with them over the whole issue and would highly recommend
Be cautious when buying a car from here, I bought one and it only lasted me 4 months. Dodgey dealership. Over priced used cars. Better off buying from Facebook marketplace. Don’t even bother. The warranty doesn’t do jack either. $1000 for the engine? When the head gasket blew?? Go find cheaper in market place. You’ll be doing yourself a favour!
