Honesty and integrity is extremely important to me. Initially I would have given more stars but three weeks ago the vehicle broke down. I am a disabled combat Veteran and after my vehicle was towed I went in to talk to Ray to make my car payment and he enthusiastically offered his mechanic to come and troubleshoot the issue. His mechanic came told me the part to get and he would do it for $75. I bought the part and notified Ray so he could talk to his mechanic and no joke - I never got a call back. A few months ago I went and traded in my truck for a Nissan Altima. It was a fair trade paperwork was finalized. Ray and Jan were very nice and it was a pleasure meeting them. The car, however, is not giving me the same experience. 150 miles into my new to me vehicle, the ball joint broke while I was driving 70 on the highway. If another car was to the right of me I certainly would have hit them due to the fact that when it broke, I was rapidly heading towards the wall on the right side of the highway.
