He was professional and accommodating.
Ulysses Tan, our salesman, was very helpful, and actually had a sense of humor. The vehicle was in fair shape, very clean, and had all of the features I was looking for (color, SEL trim package, etc.); but the vehicle exhibited a fairly noticeable noise from the front end which, due to the age of the vehicle and the amount of mileage it has, probably indicates a failing transmission (apparently, this was an issue with early-model C-Max's). We were treated very well. I love the car, but discovered three bent rims when I went to get the tires balanced. I got the rims repaired for $100 each, and the car is now simply perfect. I wish the car had been more thoroughly checked out before it was listed. I would have bought the car anyway, but would have pressed for a slightly lower price if I had known about the bent rims.
