I found a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali on their website. The price, of course, was x-ed out which should've been my first clue. I got a low ball offer on my trade in, which I declined. They texted me a cash price without the trade. I countered via text and never heard back from them. I came up on my offer via text by $500 because they were going to have to deliver the vehicle to Tennessee. Never got a response. We found the car online and drove to the location and was met with a friendly salesman. We were treated l with extreme professionalism from start to finish.
Very pleased with this dealership! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bj was great! He let us figure out what was best for us, and never tried to push us into buying something, just so he could make a sale. Highly recommend
