For a guaranteed credit approval with no or little money down it is a farce. The day prior to going to the lot I called to see if everything was okay approved and ready to roll after spending an hour at the lot and borrowing a car to get to the lot it was still denied I am not happy with this even if they give me a car I won't be going there
