I contacted this company for ABA services for my son because the previous company I was using was short staffed. Two different contacts within this company informed me they had enough staff to accommodate my needs and I spent the next 3 weeks providing all my information. A BCBA came to my home for a final assessment and informed me the company did not have therapists and she wasnt sure why they informed me they had staff. Their therapists are not equipped to deal with children who have autism. It’s the equivalent of taking someone with a high school diploma and asking them to do surgery. They did absolutely nothing for my son. The “supervisor” would say she did not know what to do to stop certain behaviors. Absolutely horrible. Stay away.
Poor quality service and lots of cancellations . Don’t recommend .
