Therapist are great but I don't think the business is run well at all. Pushy sales to get you signed up ,extremely expensive and I have questioned where all the money is going but found no legitimate answers that are about services for us. They told me it's all approved by NDIS but im sure they are just great at telling NDIS what they want to hear. I have just completed the Autism360 twelve week parenting course. My practioner/coach was Heshan Fernando. Goals were set and reached for both My child and I. I found the experience to be super supportive and informative. I learned many useful deescalation techniques and other techniques to help my child with daily living skills and emotional regulation. In my experience, online or video-based therapy is not very effective for teaching an autistic child through parent-led learning, even when guided by expert therapists. Although I had a good therapist, I found it difficult to apply what I learned in practice to help my daughter. The course was very expensive and designed for parents with disabilities to use, but in reality, I couldn’t make the most of it. It ended up costing a lot under the NDIS with limited practical benefit.

I have been so lucky to be working with Heshan over the last 12 weeks and can’t thank him enough for his knowledge and expertise that he has shared with me to help our neurodiverse son. I am going to miss out weekly check ins, tips and tricks . Until next time ! it’s been a pleasure

We have been lucky enough to have Heshan as my sons therapist, he is such a kind and knowledgeable guy and has worked wonders with my son. He has been great with adapting strategies not only to help with my sons behaviour but also help me in with my mental health aswell. I highly recommend Autism360 and Heshan, thank you for all your help.
